The location is unbeatable—just one street from the snowmobile trails and close to gas and town. "The house was clean, and there were nearby stores if you needed something urgently. However, the main issue was that the entire living room wall power outlets were short-circuited, preventing access to the TV and power outlets in that room and one of the bedrooms. The recliner couches were also unresponsive. I had to reach out to the owner and inform them that the situation was becoming too challenging for us to figure out whether the TV or power outlets were working. It took me about an hour or...

"I guess this could pass as a campsite. If you don’t mind being surrounded by trailers and storage vehicles on the side of a busy rural highway. If you are looking for an up north Mi camping experience you are hereby forwarned this is not the most scenic campsite! Not mad, just disappointed.But everyone’s gotta make a buck I guess. We decided to not stay the night and instead made the 6 hour trek home a day early. "

"Everything was amazing!! We loved the well stocked kitchen and the game room. The bed we used in the primary room was HEAVENLY -the pillows and sheets were top tier too. The coffee machine was a dream amenity; it was great having luxury drinks IN NEWBERRY!! Thank you!! Very well done "
