"Our stay got off to a rather disappointing start, with a few issues that affected our initial experience. That said, what truly deserves recognition is how the hotel responded to our feedback. Their attentiveness, willingness to listen and genuine efforts to turn things around did...

"Hotel nota 10/ equipe super simpático, Quero citar o funcionário João Paulo como um profissional nota 1 ooo, super recomendo este hotel."

"The hotel is located in the centre of Luanda, approximately one hour from the new airport (JNB). The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and welcoming, food was tasty, and the amenities were ok. Overall, I would recommend considering this hotel for your next visit to Luanda."

"Quartos do hotel limpos, excelente atendimento dos funcionários."

"Me encantó. Siempre limpió comida excelente"

"Improvement is required in staff English and customer service. as I consider this to be an international business hotel."

"Fantastic place and staff. Good service, warm atmosphere. Nice view. everything was just perfect!"

"Estadia excelente. Infelizmente a reserva não ofereceu o café da manhã."

"The room is clean and spacious. The staff are friendly and energetic. The swimming pool is beautiful and the atmosphere between the staff and guests is very nice."
