"the staff"

"Only stayed one night but clean and manager great"

"nice and simple motel"

"The location was handy and the room was very well insulated against sound. Some simple things like cutlery and a clothes airer would have been useful but otherwise a great place to stay as a base to visit family in the area."

"Lovely stay as always, friendly staff and always helpful"

"The room was clean and spacious"

"Friendly customer service, nice rooms, clean with plenty of parking."

"Noisy AC shows signs of aging; but comfortable beds, clean floors and amenities. Close to main highway so convenient for us."

"We thought the property and house was beautiful. Lots of space and choices for bedrooms to accommodate singles, couples & children. Full kitchen and able to cook meals there. We were disappointed in the spa it was bright green on arrival and needed to be dumped and re done as chemicals were not clearing the water. Host came around twice to look but water quality did not improve. Only downside was the spa as it was very cold we wanted a spa to enjoy at night. Everything else was wonderful great...

"Excellent communication"

"Clean and quiet, stayed for four nights as we had work commitments and it suited us perfectly."

"Clean, easy check-in. Ran out of hot water in the middle of my shower and water was very cold, took about 20 minutes for host to change gas bottle so ran out of time to have a hot shower. Hosts need to check gas bottles more regularly, every thing else was good."

"The Mini Chalet has become a favourite mini-break escape for us. This was our second visit and, like our previous stay, we were delighted by the location, tranquility, generous hospitality of hosts Sumaya and Nick, cleanliness of the cabin, and overall comfort. Great spot for a peaceful getaway! We'll be back!!"
