"Convenient, efficient and very nice conditions with pleasant rooms, a good bed and a modern bathroom. The surroundings could be nicer (a closed mall with a gigantic largely empty parking lot), but a very good place to use as a base for visiting Adrian (Siena Heights University, Adrian College, etc)."

"Todo limpio y muy bonito y el personal maravilloso te lo recomiendo 💯"

"Heater didn’t work. I slept in my clothes. Tub is worn out and disgusting. I never took a shower. Lamps were cheap and provided inadequate light. Bathroom mirror was a carnival display of colors. Bath fan was loud and grinding. Well water from the sink smelled. Large crack in the ceiling in the bedroom ran completely across the room."

"Front Desk went above and beyond to locate a cart for us to use for our luggage, etc. Breakfast items were hot and ready to go! The only room that was questionable was the bathroom. Shower, tub and shower curtain looked unclean. The exhaust fan was making loud klanking sound. The ceiling in the bathroom needs patching work and paint done."

"It was a clean and fairly adequate motel except for the mattresses and other furniture. Out of three beds in our room, one was adequate and the other two were worn out and visibly sunken. There weren’t many amenities (ice, front desk, etc) but the lack of comfortable furnishings in the room - sunken beds, only a card table and three folding chairs, no place to put suitcases to open them, etc., made this property a negative for me."

"Room was clean, fridge was the perfect size, staff was really friendly. Super close to the music festival we were there for. Would stay here again."

"We had a great time. The owners were very attentive and friendly. Our family enjoyed using the kayaks and exploring the lakes and channels nearby, as well as using the fishing gear that was all supplied at the house. Quiet and peaceful area, the lake is very private so we could float around casually and go to the sand bar."

"great home, very clean, sleeps four comfortably in 3 bedrooms with upstairs dediated to the master bedroom and bath. Great dock for quick direct access to Wamplers Lake or Iron Lake. Property was as pictured in the online photos, kitchen had all the necessary items. Parking onsite, party store & gas station 5 minutes away and gorcery store 15 minutes in Brooklyn. Homeower was responsive and professional, will rent again."

"Cute cottage and nice to have kayaks on site for use. Hosts were communicative leading to check-in."

"Room was clean and comfortable. Staff are not on site all the time, but are very friendly and responsive through text and phone. A local market has most essentials you may need nearby, and there are a few restaurants around the area with good food."

"This house is amazing! It had enough bedrooms for a group of 13 adults. The heated indoor pool was actually comfortably warm the whole time and its a good size for a large group. One end is about 8ft deep. There were a lot of floaties, a basketball hoop, and pool balls. There is also a sensor on the door that chimes when it opens, which would be a nice safety feature for a group with kids. It was probably the cleanest rental home we have stayed at. The kitchen is well stocked with dinnerware,...

"Great Lakehouse and a great host!"

"The home fit our needs for a one night stay with pets. However, we were disappointed with the communication. I had to message and call the host multiple times before I finally received the access code, which was hours before we arrived and well past the check-in time. The sofa sleeper was also very dirty with crumbs and stains. It was manageable, but we expected better service."

"The Host was a great communicator. This place was really clean and tucked in the "downtown" area. The free parking across the street was convenient and close. The only thing I would have to say, is I slept in the "front" room and I did hear every car that went by, and the delivery truck across the street at 5:30am, but my niece stayed in the back bedroom and said she didn't hear a thing, but overall this wasn't a deal breaker for me. The snacks were a nice treat and I would recommend staying...
