"On-site restaurant nice. Electric kettle and tea/coffee in the room nice. However, when electric kettle was heating, room lights would dim and flicker."

"Beautiful hotel, pool, hot tub, right in mountains with great fall color views of the trees changing in Autumn!"

"Rooms were worn. Knots showed through paint in bathroom. Very small bathroom, no shelf for toiletries. Stairs to basement room were extremely steep. We are older and was not easy to maneuver. Advertised as resort but no restaurant. No breakfast even. Highly overpriced for the value. That board with holes was unique but it needed more pegs. It was useless without pegs."

"The staff were so accommodating and helpful! Very friendly! Breakfast was delicious! Close to the Main Street and other places to visit. Very quaint!"

"Nydeligt hotel med alt hvad hjertet kan begære. Ro, natur, aktiviteter. Hvis chancen byder sig, kom jeg gerne tilbage for flere dage. Charmerende by i bunden af dalen."

"Topnotch fully lives up to its ambitious name. Great and brand new hotel facilities, beautiful surroundings, outstanding service and food. Clearly one of the best hotels I have stayed in"

"We checked at 3:40 after a 5 hour car ride. Mason was welcoming and gave us a nice orientation to the grounds (including equipment available to play basketball, pickle ball or tennis in the large area behind the inn). There are Arctic hot tubs, a community walking/bike path (bikes and helmets available), the pool was closed for the season. Our favorite feature was the delicious onion soup served in the lodge with cheese & crackers between 4-6! We also walked the grounds and enjoyed the...

"Great little bar, great staff, clean rooms."

"The room was clean and chic"

"The staff was lovely and the property is beautiful. Our room was ok. The location of the room was great (we were at the end) but the room itself was not very clean. It had damage and it def needs a little face lift. Loved the cute bar and staff. Just felt for what we paid it should have been nicer. Stowe is beautiful and the hotel is in a great location."

"Don't feel the price matched the amenities. There at least could've been a microwave in the room. We were having meals in our room as we traveled and it was not convenient to go to lobby to use the one there. No hairdryer or coffee maker in room either. No breakfast. We didn't use the pool or hot tubs so can't comment on those but otherwise we felt the place was dated. We traveled for 3 weeks and this was our least favorite but highest priced place we stayed. I assume comparison to the cost of...

"Sjovt gammel kro i en meget lille by. Værelserne er charmerende med skæve gulve, men fint med plads. Vi havde et familie værelse (#1) med 3 senge. Lige ved siden af hotellet ligger en hyggelig bar med mange forskellige øl og mad. Morgenmaden på hotellet skulle bestilles aftenen før og var lækker. Eneste minus på værelset var at der ikke var noget køleskab"

"We travel a quite a bit and always try to find unique lodging, so weve stayed in a few cabins over the years...this was by far our favorite. Each cabin felt private. We enjoyed sitting on the covered deck in Adirondack chairs while it was raining (and even saw a couple deer pass thru). Made coffee in the morning then talking it down to walk around the pond at sunrise was majestic. It was cold and rainy, so we grabbed a couple games from the game room to play in the evening. Can't say we...
