"This was the worst experience I had ever had in a hotel in my life. We had been driving 10+ hours on our way home to Maine from Maysville Kentucky and we planned to Stop In Scranton to stay the night. We had stayed at a Wyndham Days inn in Maysville Kentucky and it was excellent so we assumed the one in Scranton would be a nice place too. "If you are looking for a hotel outside the usual chains, this is a great choice. We stayed for one night with my daughter and it was overall excellent. The hotel is the only one in town, it is on Main street. The town is small but the surroundings are beautiful, rolling hills, forests and lakes. "Rm 150 was clean. The property is in the process of being updated. All areas I was in was very clean and the staff was very professional especially Philip. Was very grateful for the hospitality the staff gave."
