"Super corteus hotel staff. Nice and easy check-out. We didn’t have go the counter, just take our stuff and leave - hassle free. We even got to keep our Disney room key cards. We were quite disappointed that the pool was empty, no water. No one had told us that beforehand. The kids had looked forward to that."

We chose a supreme room on high floor this visit, & found it to be way more spacious & comfortable - def worth the extra $$ imo. Rooms were cleaned every day and towels were refreshed. "Hotel has a fantastic location and a great restaurant not to mention a bar with great atmosphere. Now my room was a great disappointment, it was so laud being just behind the elevator sharft at the top Floor. Almost imposaible to Sleep and work up really early. Left the hotel being very tired. "
