"My wife and I were scheduled to spend three nights here but added an extra night because we enjoyed it so much. Pasang took great care of us and the kitchen staff cooked us amazing meals three times per day. Gokyo is cold but this place is well insulated so we stayed pretty warm at night. "

"An outstanding property in a tea plantation. The main house is full of furniture from days gone by, including nice library. The staff are very incredible. We went at a time when the night temperatures got cold. Not a problem. We ate by a roaring fire, slept of beds made toasty and warm by electric blankets, and were taken for an incredibly hike through the villages with the tea garden as well as through the garden itself. Spectacular! "

"The hotel’s approach is soo steep, we had to think twice before heading out each time. They should offer complimentary shuttle service at least. Not recommended for elderly travelers.
