"The lodge was wonderful and we had a beautiful view of the ocean from our room. We also appreciated the laundry facilities. However, when we first arrived, there two very unfriendly (bordering on rude) employees at the front desk. The person on the desk later was much better."

"TV's didn't work. changed batteries twice and remote once. thermostat in room all taped up. Staff at front desk was very helpful. brought a blanket and tried to fix remote. fixed the heater. very thin beadspread and no blanket. lots of drug deals going on outside the main lobby. i did not feel secure there."

"Very clean and adorable cabin. The deck was wonderful and was used a lot as we had gorgeous days while staying there. The.beds are comfortable. The kitchen took care of our needs and enjoyed the coffee. The only things I would suggest would be a booklet that described what was expected at check-out and where the laundry was located....we never found it....lol"

"I have stayed at this property more than three times, its my favorite place to stay in Ketchikan when I'm here. The place is clean and beautiful and has a million dollar view. Additionally, the host is wonderful and easy to communicate. "

"We had a terrific stay on the Lady Faye - we are a family of 4 with 2 teen boys ( age 17 and 13). This is a beautiful ship in an incredible setting - we had coffee in the AM watching floatplanes and cruise ships glide by - in the evening seals and sea lions coupled with fishing cruisers coming and going was beautiful. Russell was very kind and accommodating and had nice touches like breakfast supplies and wine on arrival. The boat was very clean, beds very comfy and cozy, safely docked in a...

"Cabin was comfortable for 4 adults. Kitchen was small yet accomodating minus oven.Bathroom was functional and clean. Deck view was spectacular and charcoal grill was sufficient.Overall great stay."

"Great 4 bdrm home on the water south of town. Spectacular views, lots of wildlife, we even saw a black bear. There is a creek that empties into the ocean and lots of jumpers can be seen trying to make their way up it. Residents in the cove do their daily fishing from the beach at low tide. Kids had a blast catching tiny crabs. Peggy, owner and host is wonderful. She came for dinner and snacks with us a couple of nights. Best vacation ever. "

"This is a great location. Just a few miles out of town and right on the water with a beautiful view. Got to see the cruise ships pass by right in front of the house along with a small helipad not far to the side. We enjoyed watching them take off and land. The house was clean and kitchen well stocked for cooking. The entrance to the house is through the door near upper garage which was a little confusing at first but we figured it out! Would stay here again."
