"Great location. Room clean, however both beds were lumpy with apparent wear in the sleeping areas. Not very comfortable at all. Also we were on the backside of the property with spotlights shining in window. Had to keep curtains closed at all times. Experience was OKAY to GOOD."

"Place smelled musty as soon as you walked in. No greeting by the front desk upon arrival. Hotel in general has not been maintained/updated. Room was far from clean. Mold on the curtains along with other unidentified stains. Bed was not that comfortable. Large group staying there had a meeting in the dining area so there was no place to sit for breakfast."

"Room was mostly clean but definitely had a pet odor in it. We had to burn candles to lessen the odor when we were in the room. Had an issue when we had to extend our trip a day because we had used Expedia. We were able to get another reservation and spoke directly to the front desk about staying in the same room and not being disturbed. "The staff was lovely and their complimentary breakfast was better than what I expected. They had a waffle machine and many other options. The room was a bit outdated and I didn’t expect much but it produced the atmosphere of a motel. Overall it was decent given the location and price."

"This place is amazing! So clean and everything looks like new. Great breakfast in the morning with lots of choices."

"Was there for one night for a concert hot l was fully sold out but the staff was not the friendliest"

"The hotel was under renovation and mist admit they could use it! "

"Better than the last red roof in manassas, Maryland"

"Dejligt hotel i roligt område og samtidig midt i Dover. Morgenmad med bredt udvalg og mandag til onsdag er der et gratis mindre måltid/snack om aftenen. Personalet er meget søde og kommer med det samme hvis der mangler noget på værelset. Fin lille indendørs pool."

"It was a great experience overall"

"The hotel smelled like smoke the second I walked in. My room also smelled like smoke. I switched rooms but it still smelled like smoke. Furniture in the room was damaged. Carpet old and stained. The hotel needs to be updated badly. I think the smoke smell is stuck in the walls and carpet. The area around the hotel felt unsafe. With it being by a college I thought it would be a good area, but it was surrounded by panhandlers."
