"Lovely place and great staff, but the outdoor toilets get a bit annoying if you stay multiple days due to the amount of mosquitoes in the room. The door to the bathroom did not close 100% in our room, so there was always mosquitoes in the room. You can fight most of them, but during our 2 weeks stay we had to setup a daily evening routine to avoid being bitten all night. "Geweldig hotel om te verblijven. Wij hadden een leuke huisje bij het zwembad. De medewerkers zijn erg vriendelijk. Het dorpje Kuta ligt op 10 min. lopen ( wel donker), waardoor het hotel uit de drukte ligt."

"Where to start...the views are incredible, villa is beautifully designed, delicious food and great staff. The property itself doesn't have the best connectivity phone/ internet. There is some construction going on but we didnt notice much from our villa. As this is still in pre opening I can only imagine the full potential of this place."

"+ huge king bed, nice airconditioning + glass bottled water and refillable water for guests + nice room and compound + spacious semi outdoor toilet + friendly staff + basic coworking space + quieter area of kuta lombok - some construction going but harmless - ⁠lighting in the room is too dimmed - ⁠some occasional squeaky noise from the roof but harmless - ⁠mosquitoes but there's mosquito net and spray provided Overall a very satisfied stay, value for money, quiet area, amazing experience!"

"This was a beautiful property. The view was truly incredible, and the rooms were gorgeous. Hand painted accent wall, ac, flatscreen with streaming services (don't forget to log out of your account when you leave), and a separate shower and toilet. 10/10 reccomend!"

"Lina was a wonderful experience for us. The staff were so kind and attentive and communicative. The property is even more beautiful than the photos and feels just wonderful. It’s perfectly placed in the city so you can walk or scooter anywhere with ease. We had incredible massages while there too. Turn down service and tea were lovely touches and daily breakfast was always a treat. We cannot recommend Lina enough!!"

"The Kies Villa is a very nice small hotel. Don't be surprised about the very bad Road taking you the last 200 meter. Staff is very nice and helpful. The luxury villa large and the private pool is amazing and 100% private. The outside bath is sharming and nice. Hi-Fi did not work - a pitty as there were several speakers around the villa area.
