"Amazing location, scenery and views! The area around the hotel is beautiful, and so many things to see within easy walking and driving distance. The on-site Onsens were also great! Parts of the property are getting old and worn, but otherwise clean and well kept. The included buffet breakfasts and dinners were an unexpected bonus!"

"旭岳ロープウェイに一番近い、最高のホテルです。部屋も清潔、温泉も最高でした。他のホテルと違い、温泉ホテルの場合には、部屋常備のタオルセットが2セット用意してありますが、こちらのホテルでは1セットしか無く、朝晩、温泉や部屋でのシワー、洗顔タオルが無く、不便でかつ不清潔を感じました。それ以外は食事も美味しいし、最高でした。"

"フロントの男性の方の対応はどうかと思いました。バスタオルの追加をお願いしたら、上から目線で交換なら出来ますと言われました。長い人生のなかの宿泊経験で初めての経験だったので驚きました。改善された方がいいと思います！"

"Ok, when we first arrived we were a little worried. The hotel is old and the room was a little tight with 4 sleeping mats on the floor BUT by the end of our 3 night stay we really enjoyed our stay. The onsen is lovely and that really made the stay, along with the staff who were eager to help with anything. Breakfast was included with lots of options and was quite good. We were here for a ski trip and this turned out to be a great location although a little further from Furano than expected (50...

"Wir waren 2 Nächte hier und wären auch gern noch länger geblieben. Wir hatten ein herrliches japanisches Zimmer, was sehr gut ausgestattet war. Die Qualität des Essens ist absolut hervorragend, die Köche bereiten alles frisch zu in einer offenen Küche. Besonders toll ist auch das schöne Outdoor-Onsen, das perfekt und entspannend war nach unserer Wanderung. "

"숙소 앞에 쌓인 눈 하나만으로도 아이가 너무 좋아했습니다. 넓은 공간에 전자레인지, 세탁기와 세제 등 필요한 물건이 다 있고, 추운 겨울에도 온수가 아주 잘 나왔습니다. 다음에도 방문할 의사가 있습니다."

"The unit is spacious and very clean, and worth the extra drive if you are looking for a relaxing place to stay. Note, though, that although the loft can sleep several people, the ceiling is only about four feet high and hitting your head can be a problem! Also, there is no coffee, tea or and condiments provided so be sure to bring your own. The check in was a problem for us, ensure you can make a Japan phone call if needed which we did."
