"It is right on the lake so that's a plus. It was quiet and clean with comfy beds. We stayed 3 weeks, we were contacted once about someone parking in the wrong spot. It was not us, couldn't they have checked whose car it was before contacting us about such a thing. I really thought they were contacting us to see how our stay was going. The whole thing, from booking, our 21 day stay and our checkout was so impersonal. No human interaction other than us asking housekeeping for a change of towels....

"Clean bedroom and facilities. Nice breakfast including biscuits and gravy! Welcoming staff. The pool area had some maintenance work going on but pool and hot tub were open. We liked the side deck and fireplace where you can see the sunset from. Better than expected for the price!"

"The Holiday Inn Express in Acme (Traverse City), Michigan, is a great place to stay when you plan to sightsee around the city. "This place offers an affordable price compared to other hotels in Traverse City. I chose it mainly to have a place to sleep. I used silicone ear plugs to help with noise since the air conditioning unit and traffic can be loud. It has excellent hot water and a small refrigerator, which I really appreciate. There is plenty of parking. I will stay at this place again."

"Electrical plugs were all loose and difficult to get to work. We had two nights scheduled however the party noise right outside our windows made for very poor sleeping so we left only staying one night. We complained to the management and they said they would talk to them."
