"Yes good parking and the A/C works. Need it some dusting. The toilet tank run on and off. I only stayed one night. The shower had great pressure and hot water. Breakfast not great. But i will be back. Good price and location for one person. Pretty quiet at night considering there were a lot of construction Crews."

"I killed two cockroaches in the room during my 3-night stay. The only chair in the room was absolutely filthy, with brown stains all over the fabric and no apparent attempt to clean it. The carpet was torn and worn. The water temperature in the shower was lukewarm. On the other hand, the air conditioner, TV, mini-fridge, and microwave worked. The staff was attentive and cordial. The price of the room should have been half of what it was for the quality of the stay. I would not have stayed...

"Our host, Jamie gave us all the information we needed to make our stay a no hassle experience. The property was as advertised, clean, well stocked peaceful and comfortable. Our trout fishing trip to the Blue River was much better this year knowing that we had a hot shower and and all of the comforts of home waiting on us at the cabin when our day of fishing was over. We made great memories here and recommend this property if you want to “rough it” in style. "

Beds were very comfortable. Appliances, thermostats,front door lock and even labeled light switches - everything was simple to operate.
