"Great location right off the I-40. Very nice rooms with comfortable beds. We booked 5 nights and on the first night there was a problem with the room. The manager was very attentive and was eager to make it right by moving us to another room that met our expectations and on top of that she discounted the invoice on the first night stay. We appreciated her willingness to make it fair without us even asking. We were pleased with hotel and the excellent customer service we received. -Thank you! "

"The room was nice and clean for the most part. The kitchen area could use some work and it was lacking for utensils but for a 2 night stay it was fine for us. The bottom of the shower curtain was kinda gross and looked stained but overall we enjoyed our stay. It was pretty quiet even though it was pretty full. We didn’t hear many other guests other than a kid riding her bike and screaming outside our window at 10pm. "

"Really neat cabin in the woods with secluded feel. We rented all three of the cabins for my family for our wedding at the adjacent Horsehear Lake Lodge. These cabins are really unique and a neat experience. They were clean and the AC ran great even with nearly 100 degree temps outside. "

"We had a wonderful stay at this peaceful Arkansas getaway! The view of the mountains was absolutely stunning, and the whole environment was so quiet and relaxing — the perfect place to unwind. One of the highlights was the swimming hole nearby, which was not only fun but also surrounded by beautiful wildlife and nature. We truly enjoyed every moment and would definitely come back.
