"Staff is very helpful, rooms are clean and nicely appointed. Jacuzzi works in the king room, but the switch to turn it on is on the wall next to it—the tub button doesn't work. My eyesight is always compromised when I arrive due to dilation drops, and the switch, and I couldn't see it. The front desk and maintenance staff helped me figure it out. Heads up: There are no coffee makers in the rooms any longer."

"Host did not disclose that the property is supplied by well water until the day before check-in. Said we would need to conserve water down to not flushing the toilet too often. When we arrived the water was visibly dirty, coming out of the faucet brown. The only filter on the water system was rated to remove silt, not any pathogens or contaminants. We decided not to stay, host refused any refund and insisted there was no problem. If there is not continuous testing and proper treatment this water...

"Really great place to stay for a few days to “glamp”. Everything was super clean, beds were comfortable and all the basic supplies (paper towels, TP, hairdryer, soaps, etc) were there. We loved the hot tub too. We had a little trouble with our code working at check-in but it was quickly resolved by the property owner. The only kitchen item we were missing was a strainer but we worked around it. Overall we would definitely come back and either stay at this cabin or one of the other 4 or 5 that...

"Beautiful spot, the view of the river is not overstated! The whole area is breathtaking--I love the northern PA mountains and the snow that comes with it in winter. If you have a large group, make sure you plan a lot of outdoor time, since the cabin itself doesn't have a lot of indoor "hanging out" area. Clint was very accommodating, communicative and nice to work with. He's also local, which is great. Even though the cabin is "off-grid" you really won't think about it much as far as...

"We rented both of the Northwoods properties for a school trip and everything was incredible! The two properties worked great for our trip and were close enough for us to feel all together while still spread out enough to have privacy for the boys cabin and girls cabin. The kids had a blast and the area is gorgeous, even in the off season when we went! "
