"Remote location was quiet and private but very close to Ft Davis as well as other area attractions (Mcdonald Observatory, Balmorhea State Park/San Solomon Springs Pool, Ft Davis State Park, Marfa, etc.) The cabin was clean, well-equipped and the bed was super-comfortable. Saw aoudad sheep and many Texas songbirds during our stay. There's hiking available with great views of this spectacular ranch property"

"This place was so charming. It was roomy for our extended family. We used the kitchen a lot while we were there and it had all the equipment we needed. The bathroom was spacious. We spent time on the front porch watching the sun rise each morning. The place was centrally located for all local activities.The host was super responsive to all our questions and all communication was met in a timely manner.I would highly recommend this place for a family get together."

"Prosperity was very clean. Host was very helpful. The reason for the 4 stars is there were no shades or curtains on any windows in the living room or kitchen and dining room. No privacy for us especially at night when in your pjs, getting up to get a drink or walking around. Anyone from the outside can see you. Also, the beds were very uncomfortable, they were very hard to sleep on. The plugs in guest bathroom didn’t work. Besides that the house was very clean and stocked well with kitchen...
