"The pictures on the site are good. When you walk into the house it is bigger and a comfortable home. Virginia was a gracious host. My husband, daughter, and grandchildren caught fish from the dock. They also enjoyed the kayaks. We plan to visit again!"

"Very close to Colonial Williamsburg (walking distance - great for a morning run with a historie backdrop). 1 min to visitor center. Quite a large hotel. Breakfast very basic, e.g. no scrambled eggs. "

"I usually stay at the other Vacation Village property up the street but I decided to try out this property and it’s my new favorite place to stay when I come to Williamsburg. I will be back next year for my yearly visit."

"From the moment we walked in we were greeted with a clean lobby and smiling faces. We got to know the staff pretty well and they all made us feel so welcome. The room we stayed in was absolutely clean. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner at this location and enjoyed both. It also offers a shuttle bus service if you want to go to bush gardens or Colonial Williamsburg. You have to pay for parking but that’s ok."
