"This place was an absolute disappointment and far below expectations. From the moment we arrived, the property felt neglected and in serious disrepair. The condition was shocking—missing carpet, exposed areas without proper drywall, a terrible parking lot, and overall cleanliness issues throughout. "Bath tub was bad. Dark brown towels and wash cloths to hide dirt. Rust stains, bad water temperature control. I had to stand outside in 20F weather and call to "check in". "

"It had a nice welcoming area with the fireplace, the pool looks filthy there was dirt on our sheets and on our blanket, the pool so they could only have so many people in and the same people are allowed in all night so no one else was basically allowed to use the pool or hot tub area, I repeatedly asked for an invoice to be emailed to me and I had to call three times to get it."
