"This property is gorgeous , the staff and services are premium. The food is delicious. The surrounding is beautiful and amazing. If you have a car, I strongly recommend it. I like everything except the earlier afternoon shuttle service. The hotel provides free shuttle service to nearby ski resort Annupuri. It has 7:30, 8:30am shuttle to Annupuri, and 3pm pick up from Annupuri. The only way to get back to hotel is by taxi if you missed the 3pm shuttle; however, taxi is hard to find overall. If...

"We had one room with four beds for our family. Nice and clean, good service and help from staff, on the slopes with gondola right in front, nice ski valget service and Onsen for after skiing and good hotel shuttle to the other towns made it easy to go out in the evening. Good little store at the hotel for snacks etc. Somewhat expensive restaurants at the hotel, but good options right next to in the small Village and via the shuttle to Hirafu. "Rigtig god stemning! Super (japansk) morgenmad med masser af grøntsager og forskellige varme og kolde retter og meget venlig service! Rene og gennemtænkte fælles badefaciliteter og toiletter. Ligger lige ved siden stort supermarked. Indkøbt mad og drikkevarer må nydes i hyggelige fællesområder. Ikke meget plads i 4 personers værelse. Køjesenge! Venlig shuttle bus service til skiområde. "

"I came here with my wife at the end of August, and I had an amazing time. I wish I booked for longer as the nature, Onsen, food, and service were beyond imagination. Even though Niseko is known for skiing, I think it's worth coming here in the summer or off season. I arrived to Kutchan Station where a driver picked us up and dropped us off at the hotel. "Good shuttle service to and from the slopes. We ordered breakfast packs a few days but did not expect it to come as late as it did (after noon) which meant that we did not have any breakfast on the first day of our stay. It would have been nice to know that we should have ordered it a day in advance for it to be available on the next day’s morning."

"ニセコアンヌプリに登山するために宿泊しました。登山口のロープウェイから近く、とても便利でした。低い建物なので食事や入浴などの際の縦移動が少なく、とても快適でした。食事もビュッフェスタイルで、朝夕ともとても美味しかったです。お風呂も清潔で、落ち着いていて、サウナで長居してしまいました。夏季に利用できてとても良い滞在をさせていただきました。"
