"We arrived during the Ionia fair. The lady behind the counter was rude. She told us the parking pass and whatever she said. She said it so fast we just looked at each other. We had a total of 3 rooms. Everything was rushed. Very rude."

"The check in clerk was fantastic! The breakfast could use better choices. If you're not there early, there really isn't anything to choose from. The room was ok clean but definitely needs updated. The floor in the bathroom was cracked and had putty filing in the holes. The tub had cracks and holes. Took water a long time to get hot (was warm but definitely not hot). Carpet is old, dirty and loose. The curtains do not reach the bottom of window sill so car lights and parking lights keep you up....

"This is a nice little hotel. Well kept and centrally located. It’s small but has a full common area with a kitchen plus balconies overlooking the river. Good value for the money. And while I never saw any staff, I was given codes for doors which were easy to use, WiFi codes and numbers to call if I needed anything."

"We did not stay. Questionable neighborhood. Water and hanging wires in the basement. Upstairs shower not usable. Muddy driveway. Seller refused reimbursement even though we did not stay. Just a creepy property. Refused to return cleaning fee even though we did not stay. If I would have been given the address before reserving we would not have booked it."

"Great property. We were there just for a weekend bike race in Hastings, but believe it would also be a fantastic summer getaway at the lake. House was clean and well furnished. Owners provided lots of little touches, showing their passion for their property and their guests. Would recommend."

"Was a great place for the whole family to stay. The 4 girls lived the bunk beds. We enjoyed time fishing playing in the water and sand volleyball and camp fires.This place was a perfect fit for our family the girls didn't want to leave"
