"Some staffs was great but some was not helpfull. My room was accidentally cleared during my stay so I had to contact the staff to get my stuff back. At the end, I got my stuff back but the used clothes got mixed up with the clean one. I need to wash them but the staff didn't try helping (the washing machines only receive ¢25) so I couldn't wash them."

"I choose the hotel as one of my other options had clearly mentioned their pool is going under maintenance.. decided to book this.. and for all my stay their pool area was not working, when asked it was a regular maintenance and would take couple hours.. however these couple hours lasted my whole stay.. my kids were disappointed"

"Perfect place for a base of operations for a girls weekend for the local Arts Festivals. Outstanding front desk employees, upbeat, friendly, just nice to always be greeted with enthusiasm. Basic clean room with kitchen. Enjoyed the full size refrigerator. No maid service, but knew that when I booked. Conveniently located to restaurants, highway & campus at MSU. Very budget friendly. I will return."

"This hotel would be perfect if it was updated! I got a room with a jacuzzi tub and was pleasantly surprised that it was completely clean and no gross gunk came out of it. I would suggest some sort of step stool for the tub. I had a hard time getting in as a person who is 6’1”."

"Getting to be an older hotel. Very family orientated, lots of families stay there for weekends sports events. I stay here when visiting in town family and friends. It is easy to navigate and close to many things, shopping, food, gas stations, great food variety close to this hotel. The bathtub drain did not work so soaking in the tub was out, taking a shower was interesting with the water not easily leaving the tub. Clean towles, I asked for fresh towels twice before I was given fresh...

"Great location. Parking is in a garage so plan accordingly. Large trucks won’t fit in the hotel garage, but there’s one nearby with more clearance that’s connected with a skybridge. The staff was super helpful and friendly. Location is unbeatable. Highly recommend!"

"I was shocked because it was a huge room, beautiful buffet breakfast and very nice people. The sheets kind of smelled funky, but it was a beautifully clean room."
