"Ikke morgenmad af høj kvalitet. Slet ikke i nærheden af 5-stjernet."

"When I arrived I forgot my computer bag in the taxi. The staff was fantastic at helping me getting it back. Fantastic place. Looking forward to seeing you next time. "

"Staff was great overall. But they really fumbled on getting me a taxi to the train station. I thought I'd arranged for it the night before, and they assured me everything was taken care of. But no one did anything, and the concierge just disappeared. Very disappointing."

"Swimming pool is clean and about crowded "

"Terrible service and bad breakfast"

"I only got to stay at this hotel for one night but was very impressed with the courtesy and efficiency of the staff. The hotel was very modern and in excellent condition as were the rooms. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. Very quiet area too. It was a pleasure to stay here and I wish I could have stayed longer!"

"Apart from communication & guest smoking in elevator, all is good. Nobody speaks english."

"Great food, gorgeous rooms and lobby. Staff almost caused me to miss my train: I asked them to schedule a taxi pickup for me the night before. They promised they would ... and did nothing. Then they struggled to get a cab to the door because of construction on site. Pretty ridiculous. They also were completely unhelpful about knowing the neighborhood and where, say, a grocery store is."

"The room is clean"
