"Beautiful property. Uncomfortable beds and this was the 2nd time staying there. Staff are friendly, so aren't. AC unit made a racket all night. Breakfast eggs are horrible. It was like rubber and honestly looked like a child's toy! Put a hundred dollar hold on my debit card and my bank needed an invoice from hotel showing we stayed there an order to release money, hotel refused stating I booked room through a 3rd party. Well they had no problem putting a $100 hold that clearly shows Berlin...

"We think the pool/game amenities may get closed when there are wedding parties. We didn’t know that when we stayed. There was a sign that said closed for maintenance on the door most of the day but it looked like drinks and articles of clothing were in there. So, if you’re booking for a weekend getaway like we did, just keep in mind that if there are weddings scheduled for that day the wedding party may be using that area to get ready. "As a bed under a roof on a roadtrip, Comfort Inn takes the price. And for the price being asked, you get alot. Fridge, tv (that we didn't use), bathtub, good beds. Comfort Inn is my go to place as a relatively broke university student while on the road. Breakfast sucks, though..."

"Have stayed several times at this property. Like the location to all the shops in Berlin. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Hate that the pet rooms are on the top floor, but deal with it and aware that's how it is. Might try the Berlin Heritage next time with pet room in back lower level. (Hope there are pictures on the walls, last time not!) I would suggest you offer the guest breakfast at either of your locations and that is communicated to guest upon check in. "Fantastic 4 night stay. It was so beautiful and peaceful. Just what we needed. The hot tub was our favorite even though it was chilly out, we made good use of it, the local shops are great. Found some cool stuff to take back home, wild life is amazing to watch. We saw an owl, a hawk catch a fish out the pond, black squirrels, and a cardinal that visited us numerous times a day. We will be back! "
