"I’d go back every month if I had the time."

"Room was clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Coffee and tea were provided in the mornings from 8-10, it would have been nice to have it longer or throughout the day. I was usually up well before 8 and it would have been nice to sit outside with my coffee. The best feature is the outside decks with a porch swing, glider and chairs for just watching and listening to the creek. We hope to stay there again."

"Our stay at Shady Falls was excellent in all ways. Highly recommend."

"Amazing spot with such character and good energy. Best hotel I stayed in my entire trip. Town is also lovely"

"It was very clean! Centrally located. The lobby was beautifully decorated with fall colors and articles. A nicer breakfast than was expected. Our only complaint was that the bedspread could have been a little heavier for our fall visit. We really enjoyed our stay."

It was very quiet at night and there are restaurants in walking distance. If you’re on a tight budget, this may be an option for you. In the future, I’d probably stay elsewhere."

"Wauw… det her sted skabte rammen for den perfekte bjergferie. Hytten indeholder alt det man har behov for, mens man besøger bjergene. Vi vil helt klart vende tilbage hertil næste gang vi besøger smoky moutains "

"The room was not clean ( window was dirty in and around it , not clean outside on property, outdoor furniture dirty, and person mowing grass was mowing so that it covered anything outside ). There were cobwebs in the corners of the room , also a few bugs found in room. The door had a gap in the frame when shut which allowed light through it at night in turn lighting the room up at night. Would not recommend staying in room 109. Inn needs a very overall cleaning. The staff was very friendly and...
