"Got to the property to be told my booking was supposedly canceled but there was nothing on my end through Expedia, and I had already paid with no refund either. The guy that the front desk said he had no rooms and my reservation was canceled and I should have my money back. But then I showed him it wasn’t canceled on my side.. he then proceeds to tell me he can show me one room he has and walks me to the room. It’s the exact room that I had booked, yet I was supposedly canceled.. the property...

"The staff were wonderful. We had a late check in, but were still greeted warmly and checked in quickly. After checking out the next day and traveling about twenty minutes down the road, we discovered we were missing a crossbody bag. We returned to the motel and found it safe and secure with a staff member. The staff truly care about their guests."
