"The house is located very near the town centre. The house has many original features. It has high ceilings and large windows. It is a late victorian 3 storey terraced house and a previously desirable area. The house has been an HMO. There is no free parking nearby. "Location at the Marina is literally on restaurants and bars and great access to the beach and promenade to Seaton Carew. That same proximity to bars also means there is music and people noise until late evening, particularly at weekends.
