"The building itself shows its age. Some repairs in the room were not done well. However the room was clean. The continental breakfast was lacking but not a big deal to us. We did like how well lit the outside is at night. Makes you feel much more safe if you must go out late at night."

"Although I know that this was the south and the heat in this region has plenty of insects. But they were very minimal. The only thing that was noticeably wrong was the bottom seal on the front door, which led to the outside was hanging partially unattached to the door. Also, the shower did not work properly. More water was coming out of the main faucet instead of the shower. Otherwise the room was clean and the AC which was very important was working properly."

"Traveling through this is decent for the stay. The hotel itself is outdated so don’t expect a Waldorf experience. The shower curtains should be replaced. The towels as well. The TV kept flickering to a snowy screen. We stayed two nights. As did other family members. The staff are very accommodating friendly and professional. Parking is always a breeze. Very convenient location."

"We stayed in the Front House and the beautiful leather, main seating area was so cozy. We didn't get around to the karaoke system but did enjoy FIFA on the big screen. There was ample seating at the kitchen bar and large dining table for hanging out and eating. "We had a great time at this wonderful home! Everything was just as described, if not better. The hosts were very attentive and answered all our questions quickly. All the little extras made it feel so special. We can’t wait to return and have already recommended it to some of our friends! "

"A quiet place to land while visiting Freedies. Street outside gets kinda busy and the house reminds me of my grandma, in decor and smell but not enough to make one uncomfortable. Bedrooms are spaced apart making it perfect for none-family members to share this rental. "
