"This was our second stay at this property. It is such an amazing place! Full kitchen with all the cookware and dining needs, comfortable beds, laundry, all in a cozy, quiet environment. We binged on Roku TV! We made an error in our reservation and contacted Larry on our way there. He made arrangements to accommodate us. He is a great host! Not many consider Northern Iowa for a vacation destination, but this is an oasis if you are looking to simply unwind from your daily grind."

"The property accommodated our family of 10 great. Loved the extra space upstairs and 2nd full refrigerator was much appreciated. Lots of space to relax and spread out. The children enjoyed the PacMan game and variety of board games. We had great weather and didn’t most of our time on the dock fishing. Fish were hitting like crazy. "This was our second time staying at the property for our cousins' weekend in Clear Lake. It's everything we hoped it would be again :) We had a slightly smaller group this time, and the space was perfect. I've only stayed in the main bedroom on the first floor, but the bed in there is so comfortable that we slept in as long as our little ones would allow. Everyone else in the house had great room experiences, too. No issues at all, and we'll be planning on coming back next year!"
