"Our stay was lovely. Obviously building was being renovated but our room was cool, clean and comfortable. The only problem was staffing at the front desk was always missing. There was a button to push— but waiting 15 minutes for someone to check out. Will be back in two weeks! Will recommend. "

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was surprised that they came in and changed out the towels. I hung them up like the sign said and when I retuned they had been changed out with fresh towels. Not a deal breaker by any means but it would be great if they stood by their eco-friendly policy stated on the hang tag in the bathroom. "
