"The place was exactly as depicted in the pictures - fresh, clean, cozy, comfortable, serene with a gorgeous view! The reason I'm only giving it an overall rating of 4, is because: 1 - There's no bathtub (yes, the description clearly states shower only - but come on! e/o loves a bath after a tiring day..) 2 - There is a raised stone slab on the floor where the fireplace should be. It's a serious tripping hazard - my 8 y/o son actually tripped on it and knocked out a tooth... [hopefully this will...

"The pool was wonderful and the staff welcoming. Bed was very comfortable. My only recommendation would be to provide coffee earlier. There were few options for coffee around hotel and breakfast service was late for us. "

"This was a delightful stay from beginning to end! Ms Tanya called us on our drive there to inquire about our breakfast menu. Such personal attention to detail, the home was marvelous, our room spectacular, delicious breakfast! Better yet, Ms Tanya’s friendliness and knowledge of the area were invaluable. On her recommendation we took a scenic drive to Mohonk Mountain House and the Gunks Visitor Center, what magnificent scenery. It was every bit as picturesque as she described. Walking distance...

"If you are looking for an authentic inn, this is the place. Super comfortable, every little detail has been thought about and executed with precision. Very comfortable and clean. We especially loved the front porch to have our morning coffee and evening drink. 10/10 recommend "

"I was on a motorcycle trip ... I got there mid morning ... hours ahead of check in time. I was saturated from traveling on motorcycle through mountain areas in a very heavy storm. The manager moved me to a different room to let me go in early and get out of the rain, which was very much appreciated."
