"The food was not very tasty and sometimes seemed old or stale. There was also constant flies and other bugs on the fruit and vegetables which made me somewhat concerned about eating. I think the intent was good but the taste and presentation of the food was not 4 or 5 stars. The staff was very kind and courteous however most of the staff had very limited English skills which made ordering room services quite difficult or making other requests. I was also surprised to learn there is no gym at...

"The overall experience was disappointing, especially considering the luxury price. The air conditioning was not working properly, and the amenities were only average and did not meet the standards I would expect from a luxury establishment. The food was also below expectations, and the chef’s rude attitude further affected the experience. At this price point, I expected a much higher level of comfort, service, and breakfast quality. Unfortunately, the experience did not justify the premium...

"After escaping from another cities Terrible hotel we were so happy to be at the eagle! The room was wonderful with a bathtub and super comfortable sofa. Staff was very nice and welcoming. We had hoped to eat at the restaurant, but it wasn’t open. The only reason I have it 4 stars was because of the terrible breakfast. Seemingly nothing was restocked and it was mostly empty at 8:30. "

"Rusted water come out when we showering. Kid make noises all night from top floor. I didn’t sleep all night."

"Unfortunately this hit by the typhoon the night got there but we did not get notified of the hotel had no guest staying except us and also we had no internet, no air con, no way of communication as nobody spoke any English. They could have us the option to move us to another hotel and they too busy trying to their hotel back to some working order than to look after us."

"Great hotel nice layout , brand new building "

"The service should be improved"

"Good"

"Everything that you would expect from a new hotel as far as cleanliness main halways and elevators where not air-conditioned staff was very friendly and could speak fairly good English"

"Vi havde et fint ophold på hotellet. Vi havde primært valgt dette hotel, da der skulle være både en indendørs og en udendørs pool. Det viste sig, at der ikke findes en indendørs pool og den udendørs pool var ved at blive renoveret. Det var skuffende. Hotellets morgenmad var fin, primært asiatisk mad."

"Fint hotel og god pris."
