"The front desk clerk at check-in worked with me sooooo well. I had not realized that there were no stairs within this particular location and there for did not request a first floor room. She took my mobility issues into consideration as well as the needs of my traveling companion (she is disabled) and found us a first-floor room. GREAT customer service. "We were so pleased with our stay at Grandma's Cottage. We were in town for a basketball tournament and Grandma's Cottage was the perfect place for us to crash after a long day in the gym. The home was charming and very clean. It was quiet and had all the space we needed. The owner was very friendly and easy to work with. We had a special request and she was very accommodating. We really appreciated it because it made what can be a long, tiring weekend much easier. "

"The charm of the old farmhouse was great. We enjoyed the house and it has modern conveniences. The animals were friendly. Only stayed two nights but I could see staying here a week or more. Close enough to Bardstown and away from any city traffic. Very comfortable."
