Rang the number given on the email and spoke to a very unhelpful man who said he couldn’t do anything for me unless I had an eight figure code which I had to get from Hotel.com. "After reading reviews, I was a little unsure whether to book. However, I only need accommodation for one evening. I called the morning I was due to travel and was advised that there was a refurbished room available and although I was booking online I could add a note to request.
