"Absolutely perfect! Everything! "

"Great place to stay. John and his mother were really nice and different breakfast everyday which was great. Would definitely stay there again if I go to that area again."

"Super clean and awesome living space, and having lake access to beach a small boat was very nice. Close access to a public boat ramp was also key for me. To be clear, the living space itself is across the nil-traffic road, so you have to walk over to the beach and dock to have coffee on the lakeshore. Owners were super nice and very helpful."

"clean and quiet"

"a great get away spot for making memories"

"My wife and I had a lovely time over July 4. Nice neighbors very peaceful dogs loved it."

"This could be a top-rated stay but there are a few major negatives.Pros: The listing in terms of the site and access to water is accurate. The area is beautiful! And there is plenty of room for 4 adults to move around in comfort. The back porch is nice and there is a sizeable back yard for those who bring dogs. The beach is steps away from the house and we enjoyed swimming there. Cons: Firstly, the listing states that water is drawn from the lake. We have stayed at other places which do the same...

"Wonderful place for vacation.look forward to repeat stay!"

"Great host, communication was great and he did arrange everything for us. Loved the location, it a lake front property. It was a renovated property . Our stay was good."

"Outside area by the lake was not clean at all, we had to sweep lots of cobwebs and such and chairs were thrown over the sides into the brush and trees etc."

"Beautiful cabin but called "camp". We felt right at home and we were thankful they had AC during the small heat wave. We loved sitting on the deck and on the dock! If we had more time we would have definitely used the 2 kayaks which they provided. Means we have to come back. Thank you to Robert our host he was terrific. Very quick to respond to our messages. Bye to Vermont for now."

"The stay was great! Wonderful sunsets with herons in their natural setting. Would stay there again."

"The house and property was well maintained and clean. A relaxing place. One could view the lake from the dining room table - it was lovely and peaceful. A great place for relaxing and resting with lots of amenities. A good choice for our week's stay."

"The cottage was very clean, beautiful spot!"

"We had an excellent stay. The kitchen was well appointed and made cooking easy. The elevated camping setup was unique and comfortable. The bed was great, and the property was very pet friendly. We’d definitely stay here again."

"Perfect little family getaway on the water! Close enough to Montreal & Burlington for day trips."
