"A pleasant place a short walking distance from Main Street. The pool was nice. There is a continental breakfast until 10, and snacks available after that until closing. (In my instance, the tv wasn’t working due to a lightening strike, but I’m sure this is an oddity.) All in all, a clean, budget friendly place to stay in Fredericksburg. "

"The whole place was nice & peaceful. We liked the views of the water & seeing the deer. Plus our bungalow enclosure was comfy & clean. The only problem we had was the zipper to our “front door,”the seam was tearing & so it wouldn’t close. When we put the second cover for the door it helped a bit, but the zipper at the bottom kept getting stuck where the broken seam was at & it could not close all the way so we had to cover it with our luggage. "Great room and excellent breakfast "

"Was not impressed with breakfast in the restaurant. Have had much better omelets and hash browns! Would probably go off the property for meals. The grandkids really enjoyed the pool, except found cigarette butts in the water. The room was nice and comfortable-only complaint I had was the usb ports on the lamp did not work when the lamp was turned off. So there was not enough outlets for everyone’s electronics."

"Extremely clean. Loved the rooftop sitting area. We were so happy to have a hot tub that was actually hot. There does need to be a step for entry. It was a bit difficult for me to get in. It would also be nice to have path lights. It was a very dark walk to the place at night. There is no tv, but that's ok because we were there only one night. We would definitely go back. It is a beautiful, secluded property very close to downtown. Communication with the owner was excellent. "
