"Our stay was wonderful. Perfect for what we needed for a quick over night. Enjoyed the fire pit and scenery. Home was clean and equipped with all needs. "

"My wife and I loved our getaway at the hotel! The staff was so friendly and our room was great. Our covered balcony overlooked the lake and we could enjoy it even in the rain. The restaurant had great food and the hotel was close to Jamestown and the Lucy Desi Museum and the Comedy Center which I highly recommend."

"Upon arrival there was no one at the desk , but the keys to our room were there with our names clearly on them. A phone next to the counter with a sign says pick up if you have any questions. So I did, person answering said we were all set. Room were clean and spacious. Breakfast in the morning was good and plentiful. Would definitely stay here again. Cheers "

"Very friendly owner, clean and quiet room. The owner obviously takes pride in his motel. It has an interesting history that he shared with us. It was not a super fancy place. Just a nice, comfortable and affordable motel not too far from our daughter’s college. "

"This is a historic property. It was quaint, quiet, and clean. We were made to feel very welcome. It was so fun to walk around and see all the homes and amenities in the Chautauqua Institute."

"Never received check in information and no response from messages or phone calls. Tried multiple times and in every way we could to contact the host and VRBO. Ended up in a nearby hotel for the night since there was no response. Very disappointed to say the least and I expect a full refund!!!!"

"The camper is in the countryside, close to the woods, and quiet enough to enjoy a weekend in nature. It's small, but it includes everything you need for a trip."

"This is an amazing property. Clean, modern, many amenities. Restaurant suggestions were spot on. Resources were helpful in locating businesses and recreation in the area. Communication was seamless and almost immediate; questions answered with additional information provided as needed. Would highly recommend. "
