"Property (inside and out) is very well kept. The lobby is decorated and cheerful! All the ataff we encountered were friendly and polite. We stayed in a king suite room: bed and linens were spotless, carpet in room was clean (I felt comfortable being barefoot in the room), bathroom and shower were spotless and clean, towels were new and fresh (no stains or thread worn). Overall VERY VERY pleased with our stay. Will be coming back in August and will be willing to stay here again. "

"We really enjoyed being able to stay as a family (family of 4 and then grandparents) in one space. Having 2 rooms with a common space was ideal for us. The pool was good however there were no towels available when we arrived. Staff was very courteous and brought towels to us when they came out of the dryer. Breakfast was a disaster. WAY too many people since it was only open 7-9:30. Nothing was stocked appropriately, when asked for something staff told us that it was all gone and there would be...

"I really like saving money, but it's important that I'm not staying in nasty places. So, this hotel is perfect and I'll stay here each year I visit Glenwood Springs. It's quaint, has everything I need, doesn't have extras that I don't need that increase the cost of the stay. Super friendly owners and staff. I really enjoyed my time here. "
