"The cabin was nice but the location is what made the trip perfect. If you want to be secluded and by the water, this is the place for you. We were able to float from Big Eddy put in spot on the Mulberry river directly to our cabin. This particular spot on the Mulberry is really beautiful. If you aren't wanting to float it's still a great place to enjoy the water and hang out. The cabin had everything that we needed for our weekend. It could have been a little cleaner but nothing was a deal...

While i am personally not much of a Christmas person. I will be sraying here again when the time comes fornme to make this trip afain. They have everything you could need and then some. "Xmas in may...very cute cabin...hosts invited us for pancake breakfast at an airfield close to property...fly in was amazing to watch...folks in nearby town were super friendly...would absolutely recommend..."

"This is an awesome property to kick back and visit with family and friends the indoor and outdoor space are all clean and plenty of seating. We love being able to sit outside and play ping pong and cornhole while visiting or just hang out outside especially in the evening. Well worth it. "

"This was a great property with lots of great perks. Located next to an air field, don't worry about the noise. This is a great place if you want to hang on the amazing patio, sit by the pond, or inside in the spacious living room and kitchen. They have about every appliance or pot or pan you could want, and there is plenty of room for you and your family or friends. The location is great being right in the middle of many attractions for hiking or biking. Would love to come back here again!"

"Squirrel got into the electric lines and there was not electricity at first but owner and property manager quickly got the electric company there to fix it. Water pressure could have been a little better and perhaps a 3 pm check in instead of 4 when you are going to wdding. Otherwise Wonderful and I would recommend to all.
