"I stayed 4 nights at the Transcorp Hilton in Abuja and this was a very pleasant experience. Good service is provided and there is a nice variety of good restaurants on the premises. I would personally evaluate the Transcorp Hilton to be the best hotel in Abuja."

"Excellent hotel with an amazing staff. Very modern design and well maintained. The gym was one of the best gyms I’ve seen at a hotel . My only issue was , I saw a roach in my room. At this price point, that’s not something you would expect to see. They need to exterminate the place. Other than that, I would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay there again. "The hotel needs a lot of work; elevator not working, restaurant meal not standard, wall paper in the hallway peeling off, security is very basic. The safe in the room not working, no change of bed spread throughout the 4 days I was there."

"The porter was really good but front desk was awful, every request wasn’t even sent to who needs to hear them, we asked for room service and hours later room service came asking if we were ready, turns out they were never even informed, this happened 3 days in a row, front desk treated us like we weren’t even guests.. but every other staff was awesome and timely when asked directly, sink and shower was clogged from day one and when called again front desk did nothing and had to go down to ask...

"We stayed 5 days and had a very nice stay. The rooms are spotless clean, with a very comfortable bed. However despite of us having booked a suite for 2 people, and clearly stating this on the booking, we only got one towel in the bathroom and also had the same problem as a previous guest regarding only one breakfast being included in the room, which is nonsence, when you stay 2 people. However, the problem was swiftly dealt with by the efficient manager, and after the first mornng we had no more...

"I experienced a major issue when my room flooded due to a faulty tap. However, the general manager was very professional, offering a sincere apology and compensation for a future stay. This was my third time staying here, and it was the first time I've ever had a problem. My only suggestion for the hotel is to respond more promptly to urgent issues like this, rather than waiting until the following day to resolve them."
