"Staff was very friendly. Room was clean and quiet. Was in town for a work trip and I was able to work into the evening and not be distracted. Breakfast, while not fancy was good, a nice selection daily. Room price could not be beat! If I return to Charles City, I will definitely stay there again "

"This was a basic, clean rental. Served the purpose. Nostalgic. Nice there was a dock on the property & ramp just down the road. Nice neighborhood, low traffic."
