"Easy booking. Excellent communication with property when we had a question or two before arrival. Fabulous location right on the road at Falls Creek which means easy unloading of bags, easy checking, lift in building which helps take up everything, right in the main heart of village near ski lift. Room generous 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with hot tub on balcony. Great open plan kitchen, 2 tvs and plenty of space. Would definitely book again. "

"We really enjoyed our stay. Great, central location to ski lifts and restaurants. Cosy and warm. Only suggestion I can give is maybe a toaster in the unit. Otherwise everything we needed was there, including a good size fridge/freezer. "

"The greats: Staff was friendly and welcoming! There’s complimentary shuttle from/to the ATS. The heated jet tub and pool relaxes your body after a day on the slopes. Food was good. Room was clean and warm. Located near the village. The only bad: Soundproofing was rather bad. I could hear conversations and footsteps happening outside the room... But overall, a very lovely stay!!"

"Amazing hotel, fantastic rooms, a little bit away from the chairlift but made up for by the transfer service. Most of the staff are amazing, management can seem a little disinterested in helping. Restaurant and bar area is brilliant. Cater well for children. Pool, spa, steam room make for the perfect end of the day."

"We stayed in a 4 bedroom penthouse apartment at the Altezza in August. The Altezza is perfectly positioned within the village, with access to but far enough away from the main hubs. It has access to lifts on both sides of the village (with short ski/walk). It is set amongst beautiful gums and boasts views across the valley. "Positives: * Great location in village. * Apartment is relatively new and in great condition. * There is a separate drying room outside the apartment, with its own lock. * All door locks (external block, apartment, drying room) are electronic, so provision of keys is by email or text. Possible Negatives: * There is an electric cooktop but no oven, just in case you were expecting one. * It seems like most of the hot tubs on the balconies are in fairly plain view of nearby neighbouring hot tubs....
