"We had the best time at Falls Creek. We loved staying at the Elk. Georgie and the team were very accommodating and so helpful from daily recommendations to baked treats. Would definitely come back and would highly recommend this fabulous location as a holiday spot! "

"Amazing accommodation, comfy stay, great view from the room. Quick and easy check-in. No toiletries or tea/coffee/sugar provided- BYO. The place has no lifts and hence have to get all your luggage upstairs by yourself through the narrow stairs. The approach is a steep climb and may not be very access friendly for older people or with kids. "

"Great view over the Summit slopes. Lovely renovated room. The meals were excellent. Almost all staff were very friendly, even the foreign staff who were trying hard with their English. Negatives...the stairs! We were on the 5th floor from the entrance, which was a big ask for 60+ year old guests, especially after skiing. We had help with our suitcases though, which was great. "We really enjoyed our stay. Great, central location to ski lifts and restaurants. Cosy and warm. Only suggestion I can give is maybe a toaster in the unit. Otherwise everything we needed was there, including a good size fridge/freezer. "

"Property is run down and unclean. We were booked for 4 nights and left after 2. It was booked to celebrate a special moment and was terribly disappointing. Would not stay again. Would not recommend. The only positive part of the resort was the staff. They were more then amazing. "

"The greats: Staff was friendly and welcoming! There’s complimentary shuttle from/to the ATS. The heated jet tub and pool relaxes your body after a day on the slopes. Food was good. Room was clean and warm. Located near the village. The only bad: Soundproofing was rather bad. I could hear conversations and footsteps happening outside the room... But overall, a very lovely stay!!"
