"Stayed here for my daughter’s birthday. The large playground and atrium was a good space that we got a lot of use out of. The hotel property is on the older side but still is a good space for young kids. However, we were very disappointed that the pool was very cold and that the waterslides do not run unless it’s Friday or Saturday. Had we known that we would have gone different days. "

"Upon arrival, the manager that checked us in forgot to charge me for incidentals and had to have me come back to the desk to pay for them. I didn’t think anything of it at first, people make mistakes. The room hadn’t been dusted in quite awhile, unfortunate for me I’m highly Allergic to dust.. "The staff were all so friendly and accommodating. Rooms were updated and clean. Shower was FANTASTIC. We stayed in the off season, it was so quiet. Very close to downtown and amenities but maintained a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. "

"After visiting family in Windsor we wanted to visit Point Peele National Park. Point Peele Haven Retreat was was an excellent decision for us.The Property made an excellent basecamp for us.
