"While breakfast was overcrowded and underwhelming, it was included and nice to have. We did not get to check out the pool but it looks nice. Family get away to waldameer and it was a perfect location. Beds were soft and the room was clean. We will definitely stay again. "

"Minder om en kursusejendom fra 1970; der ikke er renoveret siden da. Personale i receptionen virkede inkompetente. Værelset, der var beliggende i kælderen, virkede klamt og beskidt. Aircondition virkede ikke, hvilket var helt fint, idet anlægget var fyldt med skidt. Flere lamper og de fleste stikkontakter virkede ikke. Der var dog lyspunkter. Morgenmaden i restauranten var ganske fin og den burger vi fik som aftensmad var fremragende. Hotellets navn burde ændres fra Quality Inn & Suites til blot...

"We arrived near 1am and got fast, professional service from the staff on duty. That made everything else about our stay feel more welcoming and inviting. The mattresses were comfy & the pillows were plentiful and supportive. The hotel is also very close to at least 4 travel stops, so there were ample options for food and fuel. "My family and I go to this property usually at least once a year. When I wipe down the room the wipes are always still white and clean the property is always very very clean. The staff is nice. I never have any problems when I go here the cleanliness will always make me return. We are also a fan of the breakfast. My daughter loves the waffles.❤️"

"Had a brief “staycation” with my daughter for her birthday. The Bayfront hotels can be outrageously expensive, but Hampton Inn is a reasonable price for being right on the water w/ Erie’s fanciest restaurant on the top floor (Oliver’s). Our 2 Queen room was huge! It had a charming personalized tv greeting and included access to Netflix & Disney+ if you have those subscriptions. Even on the 2nd floor facing inland, we had a beautiful view of the docks. Room was very clean and cozy. Amenities...
