Communication with the host was very good once we made direct contact, but the communication through Expedia and VRBO was non-existent. Had trouble finding my reservation. Also received notice there was a message from the host but when I went to messages, there was nothing there. Found out later that a message had been sent by the host but it never made it to my inbox."
