"Staff were amazing. When I booked with Expedia the room said it had a balcony which was why I chose that room. When we were given room it did not have one. I spoke with ladies at desk and they said that was Expedia error but they worked their magic and moved us to a balcony room. So kind and accommodating. Excellent service by them and all staff. Breakfast was great as well. "

"We had a great stay at Countryside Inn in Nappanee, Indiana! The room was clean, and every staff member we interacted with was super friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was simple but perfect for grabbing something quick to hold you over. The kids especially loved the pool area, and we really appreciated the cabinet of board games available in the lobby—it was a fun touch for downtime. The staff even went above and beyond by offering us their meeting room so our whole team could eat dinner...

"When I arrived there were two police cars arresting a guest and talking to the manager. People hanging out in the parking lot late at night. I'm a big guy with a dog so no personal safety concerns but felt a little sketchy."

"Was a place in a pinch, it was what it was at the time. I wouldn't recommend it if I had options. You will get what you pay for. Turned on the light and immediately seen bugs running around the wall and bathroom floor. And the room had a smell to it."
