"I really loved my experience at Tierra Hotels, the service, the atmosphere, rooms, everything was amazing. The only thing in my opinion that could be better was the food, that was good sometimes and not so good a few other times. When exploration is at 5K altitude in spring, there could be very low temperature, which requires winter clothes. At the same date bike exploration at the hotel altitude requires light clothes as it is extremely hot."

"If you are sensitive to noise, do not come here! Dogs will keep you up all night! Read an earlier comment about it and thought - how bad can it be? It was terrible - we are talking many dogs in a constant verbal fight with the neighbor dogs. "Atendimento ótimo, todos os funcionarios muito educados e prestativos. É um local muito amigavel, com uma vista linda. Gostaria de enfatizar que os cachorros dão ainda mais alegria ao ambiente, pois são doceis e carinhosos, e faz com que a gente se sinta em casa. Com certeza, voltaremos la algum dia, para conseguirmos aproveitar a piscina ótima que tem. A localização dele é muito boa, pois estamos a 1min do centro, com varios restaurantes proximos. "Es un hotel en general bien limpio pero son como tipo departamentos y tuvimos que caminar aparte no hay elevadores y nos dieron cuarto en segundo piso y eso si me pareció inconveniente ya que teníamos maletas pesada"

"The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The room was great, the beds were comfy and there were heaters for the cold nights. The breakfast was very good and on the day we left it was too early so they packed up a breakfast for ua to take. The only two negative things is that they have a restaurant in the inner courtyard which has music playing until around 11pm, so if you are trying to sleep early this can get on the way. Also, the shower had was a bit broken and kept turning to the left side."

"Terrible service. Rude, ignorant, and unwilling to help. Both at the reception and in the restaurant. The gym is pretty useless (barely any machines/weights) and so is the sauna (can barely fit two people and is too cold)"
