"We stayed three nights. Party of four. Two towels in the room, the room wasn't cleaned for our entire stay. No garbages were emptied. No towels in the pool area 2 of the 3 nights. Parking is not included, even though it is clearly the hotels parking lot and the front desk attendee said it belonged to the "state" so they charge. Which is obviously not true. It's painted with Holiday Inn on the curbs. In the pool area the jets weren't working in the hot tub or the pool. The dump bucket...

"The vibe of the hotel was unique and interesting. The rooms were great however, upon arrival, lamp was broken, couch had stains and shower didn't work properly. By the end of the stay, the staff was prompt at fixing the shower. Due to the issues we had, the staff was amazing and "made it right" by comping us with different options to make it right. "Overall it worked for a middle of the night arrival while traveling to our next destination. We are thankful for a place to lay our head. If we were staying in the area longer we would look for different accommodations. The public restroom off the lobby had no toilet paper with a box of Kleenex set on the floor to use instead. There was zero hand soap and all of the available hand sanitizer stations were empty."
