The man I spoke to on the property sounded like he was Indian and got crazy over the phone w/ me all because I had asked ab a cancellation. He couldn’t explain to me why in an emergency they couldn’t cancel and refund & said it was my problem. I stayed calm w/ him and eventually worked it out w/ me saying he wouldn’t write the check in as a no show and while we lost a nights stay We would be able to check in anytime....

"I don’t even know to describe this stay aside from heaven on earth, at least for us. Rooms are fabulous, the setting is wonderful. It’s still being built, that wasn’t an issue for us at all but could be for others. Come with food as it’s very remote but has a wonderful kitchen, there is a small farm shop if you get stuck."

"Beautiful property and nice shaded trees. The river was great to sit in and it was nice having Paonia only 5 minutes away. If Big B's is having live music next door, you will hear it, but it didn't bother me. George is very nice and a great host as well. Definitely will be coming back."

"Awesome place, super quiet. Wished it had a small fenced in yard but only a minor inconvenience as I think the owners use the place in the off season. Jason was super pleasant, accommodating and responsive. You won't have a problem here unless you bring it with you."

"My husband and I stayed her for a night and it was perfect! The room has everything you could need and the bed is very comfy. They even had simple breakfast items available. As a bonus, the views are wonderful. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in the area."

"Clean and beds were comfortable. They are using portable heaters so not the warmest but we were not in the cabin much during the day. The view of lake is nice. They forgot to stock extra rolls of toliet paper so we had to go to the lodge to get more. Breakfast is one cereal or instant oatmeal and only available for an hour. The owners were pleasant. They did not respond in the app so you have to call them. "
