"Kind helpful staff. Good breakfast. Only downsides: one of two elevators was out of order and the room needed attention: the wall paper was torn, the curtain hanging part way off the rod, dust ruffles askew, bed didn't seem to be made property and seems some of the pillow cases hadn't been changed."

"Very nice."

"The overall stay was great. The B unit was like brand new. Lots of coffee was provided and the coffee machine was amazing. There were, however, a few things that could be improved. I wasn’t given an entry code so we had to use an app on the phone to get in every time which was annoying. Be sure to ask for a code. We only had 6 bath towels for 4 people so we had to do a load of towels every day. The laundry machines were great though. In case anyone has certain needs, here are some additional...

"Excellent location on Pearl St for visiting family in B-ville. Absolutely clean and ‘newish’ - highly recommended from a family of seasoned travelers."

"A few kinks but nothing that would take away from the beautiful property just 10 minutes from the most beautiful waterfall. Didn’t need to leave though because all the activities and fun to be had right at the rental. So much fun and so relaxing, would rent again. "
